Who are we?
We are SIP, an international project class at Skals Efteskole in Denmark. We are 18 students and we all want to make a difference!
SIP is a class for those who see opportunities and are interested in projects with an international perspective. Our class is in English and we have 3 international students this year. SIP is for those who are academically, personally and socially ready for a secondary school (gymnasium education), but we want to be challenged in new, unfamiliar but realistic global situations. We usually say that we are like our own little company: in each project we have 3 people as our project leaders; the steering committee and then we have small groups working on different projects. Each day we have meetings with everybody, giving updates on each others work and discussing ideas and problems as we go. We work closely together and we develop very useful skills because of this, opening up many doors for the future and our future jobs.
